"9/9 dirt trial 1200m (7-8-4), a moderate start, shifted out at the 300m mark and pushed forward. On 27/8 dirt trial 1200m (7-7-5), shifted out on the bend and was urged to move up. This is his seasonal debut. Two barrier trials completed without showing significant improvement. Stepping up in class, this will be his first attempt over a Sha Tin 1400m turf track. He benefits from an 11lb weight reduction this race, and the distance should suit him. Expect a hold-up tactics to utilize his finishing kick. Trainer and jockey appear confident, however, drawing an outside barrier is not ideal; a trailing pace is recommended."
