Maintaining a steady pace throughout, it lacked any significant acceleration and finished well-beaten. In a subsequent trial over 1400m on turf, the horse will carry three pounds less this time but recorded unremarkable sectionals. Drawing an outside barrier necessitates a backmarker's strategy, however, its finishing kick is unlikely to be competitive, making it appear unsuitable for this race.
