Two weeks ago, this horse ran an unremarkable race over a Sha Tin 1200m. Settling in a good position tracking the leaders, it made a mid-race move but failed to sustain the effort. Now stepping up to a Sha Tin 1400m for its first attempt at this distance, it will carry three pounds less this time. The longer trip is considered unsuitable and finishing kick is weak; the horse faces unfavorable circumstances. Despite showing potential for an early lead and improving in recent work, it’s expected to be mainly running from behind.
