On December 16th, (dirt trial 1200m: 1-1-1) showed proactive running style and finished strongly down the straight. Seven weeks ago in a dirt mile race, it jumped slowly and settled towards the back but maintained a good pace with no clear standout section. Following a short break, one barrier trial was conducted showing improvement. Making its debut after switching stables, this horse will now run on dirt over 1200m for the first time. This race benefits from a five-pound weight reduction, however the distance is not ideal and presents a disadvantage. Despite drawing an inside barrier, last-minute gatework and recent stable form show steady progress, suggesting it's optimally prepared for this outing.
