A month ago, over Sha Tin 2000m, the performance was unsatisfactory; a slow start led to settling towards the rear. The horse made a mid-race move but faded noticeably. Racing again two weeks later with a twenty-pound weight reduction, another turf trial over 1600m is planned. This time needing to carry four pounds more, a hold-up tactic is expected, though finishing speed appears inferior to rivals and despite similar sectionals within the group, even an advantageous inside barrier doesn’t inspire confidence.
