The time figures from its Happy Valley 1200m run were respectable, displaying one of the best finishing kicks in the field; overall ratings place it among the leading contenders. Trainer and jockey are well-matched, preparation has been thorough, but this race requires carrying an additional pound which slightly compromises its chances. Still considered a key runner.
