Three weeks ago, this horse ran well in a straight-course race, settling towards the back but finishing within three and a half lengths of the winner, demonstrating good ability. Returning to Happy Valley over 1200m this time with a four-pound weight reduction, it has drawn a favorable barrier. Its finishing kick is strong compared to others in the same class, and the jockey understands the horse’s temperament well; pre-race preparation has been thorough, however, its recent trial form hasn't been particularly eye-catching, making its chances uncertain. Worth considering as an outsider.
