Fourteen days ago, this horse performed disappointingly over a Happy Valley mile, running in the rear and showing weakening late speed to finish badly. He subsequently tried a Happy Valley 1800m, which was his first attempt at this distance. Due to a mismatch in the trip and time with other runners, he was at a disadvantage; his finishing kick was slightly inferior, and the jockey-trainer partnership did not stand out. Fortunately, with an ideal draw and a one-pound weight allowance this time, he is not currently the preferred selection for this race.
