Fourteen days ago, this horse showed excellent form over a Happy Valley mile. He settled in the rear, accelerating mid-race, and chased strongly in the final two furlongs to secure second place. Fortunately, he was not far behind, losing only a half-length and displaying a high standard of performance. In his subsequent run over 1800m on Happy Valley turf, making his debut at this distance, the circumstances were not entirely favourable; he had to stay back, and his finishing kick was inferior to that of the competition. However, given ideal draw and acceptable sectional times, he is worth watching as a longshot possibility.
