On May 29th, he ran a 1600m turf barrier trial at Conghua, finishing with positions of 7-7-6-2. He chased from an inside barrier and gradually found his rhythm on the straight. Three weeks ago, he performed reasonably well in a 1800m run on Sha Tin turf. He was slow coming out of the gate and raced towards the rear, with a weakening burst in the final stages. He has shown slight improvement after a trial run. In another 1600m turf trial, his time was not outstanding, and the circumstances were somewhat disadvantageous due to an unfavorable draw. If he adopts a trailing running style, his closing speed may not match the competition. The jockey and trainer partnership hasn't shown significant synergy, but he is proactive in training and this race comes with a two-pound weight reduction, which is also not considered calculated.
