CIRCUIT VICTORY

On 12/6, the horse ran a dirt trial over 1000m at Conghua (running positions: 6-5-2), showing improvement in its acceleration after the half-way point. Five weeks ago, it ran very disappointingly over a short Happy Valley trip; the start was slow, and it tracked from behind with an even pace, showing little progression. A recent trial showed slight improvement. Running over Sha Tin 1200m, the situation didn't seem favorable, and the draw was disadvantageous; its finishing kick wasn't outstanding. There isn't a strong synergy between the jockey and trainer, but it has a record in this distance and the group timing is acceptable, and there doesn't appear to be any ulterior motive.
