On 23/6, in a dirt trial over 1050m (running positions: 2-3-5), the horse showed no weakness in the early stages and was strong on the straight. Six weeks ago, this horse ran well over a Happy Valley mile in turf, trailing but showing some late pace before fading. A subsequent trial did not show any improvement. In a short turf trial, the prospects were slightly unfavorable, and the jockey-trainer partnership did not show any standout features; however, trailing in a competitive run, the horse still possesses some threat in its finishing kick and drew an advantageous barrier draw, making it worth considering as a longshot.
