After his first run this season, two months ago he performed excellently over 1200m on Sha Tin turf, settling well and tracking the leaders with an even pace along the way, regaining some ground in the final stages to finish second. Fortunately, he wasn't far behind, losing only two lengths, indicating a high standard. A recent trial showed he couldn't keep up with the pace. Running over 1200m on Happy Valley turf this time, he will carry three pounds less, has a favorable draw, and possesses the strongest finishing kick in his field. Overall assessment places him near the top of the field, with a promising partnership between jockey and trainer; worth marking as a key contender.
