In its early season appearance, it performed excellently in a race three months ago, maintaining a steady pace from the rear and gradually regaining ground in the final stages to win. A recent barrier trial showed improvement. This horse has proven ability, and its time performance is reasonable; its finishing kick is second to none in the group. The jockey/horse combination is acceptable, and the connections work well together. Its recent condition looks good; even with an extra six pounds to carry in this race, a slightly disadvantageous position, and poor draw, it should be considered as an outside chance (for placing).
