Horse analysis
Trial on 22/9 (Dirt trial 1200m: 4-3-3) ran three or four steps wide, worked lightly in the third section. Previous run on 7/9 (Sha Tin turf trial 1000m: 8-6-8) jumped slowly, settled mid-pack after running in stride. Returning after a break for his first start this season. He previously ran on Sha Tin turf over 1400m in April and showed excellent form. Despite a slow start, he tracked the pace from behind, maintaining his rhythm throughout and slowly closing in in the final stages, finishing as a runner-up. Fortunately, he was not too far behind, losing only half a length, indicating a high standard of ability. After two barrier trials, there was slight improvement. Most recently, he tried on Sha Tin over 1200m; this run was solid with acceptable time and an ideal draw. Tracking from behind, his finishing kick remains a threat. The horse, jockey, and trainer's strategy appear well-coordinated; his recent demeanor is good. However, the conditions are not highly favorable, making him a potential outsider bet.
