Five weeks ago, this horse ran an unremarkable race over a Happy Valley mile, with a slow start and settling towards the back. It made a move in the middle stages but couldn't sustain it to the finish. In its first dirt trial over a mile, carrying 16 pounds less this time, the distance proved unsuitable. This race will likely see it held up again, however, its finishing kick is not as strong as its rivals and the overall situation is unfavorable despite drawing an inside barrier; further observation after one run is recommended.
