Two weeks ago, this horse delivered a strong performance over a Happy Valley mile, jumping moderately and settling towards the back before finishing with fast sections in the final two furlongs to secure second place, losing by only half a length. This showcased a high level of ability. Now switching to a dirt mile for its first attempt at this distance, the horse has a one-pound weight reduction but an unfavorable outside barrier draw. Despite these circumstances, trainer and jockey appear to have good synergy, suggesting they may hold back some tactical advantage.
