WOLF COMING

On April 25th, this horse recorded sections of 7-8-6 in a turf trial over 1200m at Conghua, racing mid-pack with an easy stride. On April 11th, the horse completed a 1000m turf trial (sections 2-5-6) focusing on settling and maintaining breathing. A further 1000m turf trial on March 24th saw a slightly slow jump but good positioning tracking ahead with smooth running (sections 4-2-5). This is an Irish import, carrying the MA288 pre-race rating of 63. The horse has two wins from four starts abroad. In its last run, it led but didn't show particularly strong form. Three trials this season have yielded average performances; a first start in Hong Kong and observing one race initially is recommended.
