Two weeks ago, this horse ran moderately over a Sha Tin 1200m race, settling in a good position tracking the leaders and making a mid-race move but failing to sustain it to the finish. Now stepping up to Happy Valley over 1200m with a five-pound weight reduction, the distance is not ideal and he’s drawn poorly which doesn't favour his chances. Even if capable of leading early, it’s recommended to observe another race before assessing further potential.
