On April 24th, during a dirt trial over 1200m (sections recorded as 8-8-1), the horse was deliberately held back and moved out on the turn with a strong finishing kick. This horse is a last-run winner; six weeks ago he impressively won over the same distance leading throughout. A recent barrier trial showed improvement. He will carry five pounds more this time, has proven form over this course, recorded the fastest time among its group, and looks capable of taking an early lead. His strength compared to other horses in the field is undeniable; a clean jump and intention to lead are expected for a strong forward run.
