On April 28th, a turf trial at Conghua over 1000m saw the horse finish second with a strong finishing move. Six weeks ago, in a similar distance trial, the performance was solid; a slow jump led to settling towards the rear but showed a powerful late run. The latest barrier trial was unremarkable. This race requires carrying four pounds more than last time, drawing an inside barrier which is advantageous. Compared to other contenders, this horse possesses relatively stronger ability. Andrea Atzeni takes the ride, forming a good partnership with the mount. Pre-race preparation is thorough; however, despite a favorable time difference within its group, it’s expected to settle towards the rear, but lacks the finishing kick of rivals. The trainer and jockey combination appears less harmonious, and there's potential for an early move.
