Two weeks ago, this horse ran an unremarkable race over a Happy Valley staying distance, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. He made a mid-race effort but was unable to close the gap on the leaders. This will be his first attempt over Sha Tin’s 1800m, carrying a four-pound weight reduction. The distance is not ideal for him, and he'll likely need to settle back in this race; however, his finishing kick wasn't strong enough against the competition, making his chances unfavorable—best to assess his form after this run.
