Four weeks ago, this horse delivered a very impressive performance over Sha Tin 1400m, jumping slowly and settling back in the field before making strong headway with fast sections. Following that run, he trialled on the straight course. This time carrying a five-pound weight reduction, having proven form over this distance, and with good times recorded by horses in the same class, drawing a favorable barrier, the plan is to settle back and rely on a powerful finishing kick – considered the strongest in its group. The horse’s condition is improving; it's a contender not to be underestimated.
