Five weeks ago, over the same distance, it ran respectably despite a slow start and settling towards the rear but showing a good late run, beaten three lengths for eighth place. A recent barrier trial yielded an unremarkable performance. This time, the horse will carry one pound more weight. A hold-up tactic is anticipated, though its finishing speed may not be sufficient to beat rivals. While it has shown some form over this distance, the overall timing within its group was not significantly different, and despite drawing a favorable barrier, opportunities appear limited.
