A slow jump resulted in settling towards the rear of the field before making a mid-race effort, but ultimately unable to close the gap. This race requires carrying an additional four pounds, and the group timing isn't favourable, presenting a disadvantageous situation. Despite previous successes over this course and distance, and despite drawing a good barrier, current form suggests it’s unlikely to be competitive in this contest.
