Three weeks ago, this horse ran poorly in a straight course race, slow to jump and settling towards the rear with an even pace but lacking a strong finish. A subsequent turf trial over 1200m at Sha Tin sees the horse receive a two-pound weight reduction and draw an outside barrier. The plan is to settle back in this race; however, its finishing kick wasn’t as strong as rivals and the current form isn't ideal, though the overall section times for its group weren't too bad, suggesting it could still be competitive.
