Two weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed well, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. It showed a strong late run to finish third, beaten by just one and a half lengths. This time it carries only a 2lb penalty, having previously won twice at this course and distance. The opposition isn't overly competitive, and its overall ability is relatively strong. Andrea Atzeni takes the ride, forming a good partnership with the horse; trainer and jockey are in agreement on tactics. Despite drawing an outside barrier, it’s expected to be held back for a late run, though finishing speed may be inferior to rivals, a win remains possible.
