On March 14th (Happy Valley trial 1000m: 2-2-5), tracked the leaders in second position, maintaining a steady pace. On April 25th (turf trial 800m: 4-4-3), held third and showed early initiative. Prior to July, ran poorly over this distance, settling in a good position tracking the leaders with an even pace but failing to produce a strong finish; well-beaten. Returning from a long break, has completed four trials showing slight improvement. This race requires carrying one pound more weight, unfavorable time comparison against rivals, and despite potential early speed, is unlikely to be competitive.
