Two weeks ago, this horse ran well in a Happy Valley sprint, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. It showed a strong late run, finishing three and a half lengths behind the winner in seventh place. Having trialled over 1200m on the Sha Tin turf again, it will carry one pound less this time with good section times recorded. A hold-up tactics is expected to showcase its finishing kick despite drawing an outside barrier which isn’t ideal. Be cautious of potential challenges.
