BLAZING BEAM

On March 10th, a dirt trial over 1200m showed limited improvement with the horse tracking the leaders but lacking acceleration (sections: 9-9-7). A turf trial over 1000m on September 16th saw him lead comfortably but not running consistently. After a long break, this is his seasonal debut. Two barrier trials have been undertaken without noticeable progress. Receiving a five-pound weight reduction this time, with comparable times in the group, he should be able to secure a good position tracking the leaders from an advantageous inside draw. Finishing kick is expected to be strong within the field, and his prospects appear promising and shouldn’t be underestimated.
