On October 10th, a turf trial over 1600m in Conghua saw the horse finishing with a late surge (4-4-5-2). On September 18th, during a dirt trial of 1200m in Conghua, light urging resulted in an average response (2-2-8). Returning from a spell, this is its seasonal debut. Two barrier trials have been undertaken without showing notable improvement. The horse has dropped 21 pounds in body weight and steps up in class for this race, trying Sha Tin turf over 1600m again. It will carry 14 pounds less this time but remains winless in three previous attempts at this distance; the relative times compared to other horses are unfavorable. While capable of tracking the pace-setters, a winning opportunity seems unlikely.
