HAPPY HORSE

On September 5th (dirt trial 1050m: 2-3-5), the early pace was moderate, with a limited effort in the straight. This horse is resuming after a long break and making its seasonal debut. After one barrier trial, it hasn’t reached peak fitness yet. Another dirt trial over Happy Valley 1200m was completed; this time needing to carry 1 pound more weight. The sectional timing wasn't favorable compared to the other horses in the same group, but he showed ability to track the leaders and maintain pace. Able to keep up with early speed, drawing a good barrier. A clean jump is crucial for settling forward and contending for a prominent position.
