On October 18th, this horse completed a Happy Valley turf trial over 1200m in running positions of 7-6-4, held back slightly due to congestion. Five weeks ago, he ran poorly over a Sha Tin 1400m, jumping slowly and settling at the rear before making a mid-race effort but failing to close the gap, resulting in a significant defeat. His recent barrier trial was unremarkable. This will be his debut over Happy Valley’s 1200m; he has a two-pound weight reduction this time, however, the shorter distance is unfavorable and overall positioning is poor. Even with a good draw, it's best to observe his performance in this race first.
