On December 22nd, a dirt trial over 1200m saw the horse pushed but without showing significant acceleration (recorded positions: 4-5-6). On December 5th, during a turf trial at Conghua over 1200m, it settled towards the rear early on and finished with a strong surge down the straight, leaving a positive impression. Seven weeks ago, in its last run over the same distance, it performed well despite a slow start, settling back before making a mid-race move and finishing steadily. Following a short break, two barrier trials were undertaken but considered insufficient preparation. This time, it will carry an additional two pounds and has drawn an outside barrier. A rearward tactic is expected; however, its finishing kick may not be as strong as its rivals, presenting a less favorable scenario. Despite this, the horse has shown previous form over this distance and recorded comparable times to horses in its group, indicating competitive spirit.
