Three weeks ago, this horse ran poorly over a Sha Tin 1400m, with a slow jump and settling towards the rear. It made an effort in the middle stages but faded badly and finished well-beaten. In a recent trial over 1200m on turf, it has a three-pound weight reduction but faces unfavorable conditions; even with comparable sectionals to its peers, it’s not considered a strong contender for this race.
