PACKING ANGEL

On March 13th, (dirt trial 1200m: 3-3-7) started at a moderate pace and finished steadily. On February 12th, (dirt trial 1200m: 2-4-7) was urged forward on the bend with an average performance. November 18th, (turf trial 1000m: 5-6-5) settled mid-division tracking the pace and ran conservatively. October 31st, (dirt trial 1200m: 5-6-3) was slightly held up on the turn before making a positive move over the final three sections to finish third. On October 14th, (turf trial 1000m: 7-7-5) was urged in the final stages and showed good power. September 12th, (Conghua turf trial 1000m: 8-6-2) jumped slowly but relaxed well and made a proactive move to catch up. After a long break, this will be the horse's first run of the season. Six trials have been completed showing slight improvement. Dropping in class, stepping back to Sha Tin over 1200m this time, needing to carry four pounds more. Tactics will be to settle towards the rear with a strong finishing kick expected to be the strongest in the group. Favorable conditions and Lyle Hewitson takes the ride; the jockey has some understanding of the horse’s ability. Trainer and jockey have a good working relationship. The horse appears tense, indicating it could return to its best form.
