JUBILANT WINNER

Seven weeks ago, this horse ran over a Sha Tin 1400m turf track with a slow jump and settled towards the rear but showed good stamina. A recent barrier trial performance was moderate. Now stepping up in class, another turf trial over 1200m was completed; this time carrying an 18lb weight reduction and clocking a time difference within its group, requiring a hold-up tactic, however, the finishing kick wasn't strong enough compared to rivals making the position less advantageous. Fortunately, it has two wins at this distance previously and drew an inside barrier, suggesting potential.
