On January 12th at Conghua, he completed a turf trial over 1200m also in sections 2-2-5, settling forward and keeping pace under urging. Two months ago, in a Happy Valley 1200m race, his performance was poor; a slow start saw him settle towards the rear with a steady but ultimately ineffective run resulting in a significant defeat. Following a short break, two barrier trials have shown improvement. Now switching to Sha Tin over 1200m for his first attempt at this distance, he will carry one pound more this time and faces an unfavorable course condition. Surprisingly, AI algorithms indicate a potential chance, making him a longshot contender.
