The horse showed a strong late run but was beaten three and a half lengths, finishing eighth. This time with an eleven-pound weight reduction, having previously secured two wins at this distance, and with comparable times against its group, drawing an inside barrier, a hold-up tactic is expected due to its strong finishing kick which should make it competitive.
