Four weeks ago, over a Sha Tin 1600m course, the performance was below par; it led easily and maintained an even pace throughout but lacked acceleration. Returning to Happy Valley mile, the time figures were weak and disadvantaged by a poor draw. The finishing kick was lacking, and there’s been no standout synergy between horse and rider. Not considered a strong contender for this race.
