9/4 (Dirt trial 1050m: 5-6-5) Showed no acceleration despite being urged for effort 200m out. Five weeks ago, this horse ran a disappointing race over a Happy Valley mile, breaking poorly and settling back before weakening in the final stages to finish well beaten. A recent barrier trial showed nothing impressive. In its previous outing over 1200m on the dirt, it was a first attempt at the distance; however, the horse struggled with the trip and produced a weak time. Facing unfavorable circumstances, it was forced to settle at the rear and lacked a finishing kick, while the combination of trainer and jockey appeared suboptimal. Despite an acceptable draw and a 5lb weight allowance this time, it is not expected to be competitive.
