Three weeks ago, this horse performed poorly over the same course and distance; he failed to jump out well and settled towards the rear, maintaining a steady rhythm before making gradual ground in the final stages. Although he was slightly disadvantaged by being out of tempo with the rest of the field and the jockey-trainer combination was not ideal, he showed the strongest finishing kick in the group despite running from off the pace. With a decent draw, he is a potential outsider worth considering in exotics.
