CHANCHENG GLORY

Trial run on 15/05 over 1200m on grass at Conghua showed moderate form. Five weeks ago in a similar race, the horse performed reasonably well by holding up near the rear. A recent trial did not show enough pace to keep up with the field. Running in this race, it needs an extra three pounds; the circumstances are not favorable, and the finishing kick hasn't been outstanding. The jockey/trainer pairing isn't ideal, but given the horse has six wins from twenty starts and a decent draw, caution is warranted.
