CRAZY TREASURE

Tried out in a 1200m dirt barrier trial on May 19th (dirt 1200m: 1-1-3), it was a mid-pack runner who pressed forward, maintaining third position in the straight. In a 1050m dirt trial on May 5th (dirt 1050m: 4-4-4), the horse was urged on by the jockey but showed no acceleration. In a 1200m dirt trial on August 29th (dirt 1200m: 1-1-2), it took the lead but was overtaken near the finish. Having returned after a long layoff and making its first start this season, it performed excellently in a 1200m dirt race on November 21st, tracking the leaders from a good position with an average cruising speed; it gradually regained ground in the final stages, finishing second and beaten only half a length. It has since shown slight improvement in three training barrier trials. Entering this race, it will run on a 1200m Sha Tin turf course, where its time in the same group was the best. It can maintain a favorable forward position and shows the strongest late running in its current group; overall assessment puts it among the frontrunners, with good synergy between horse, jockey, and trainer. Training is positive, and it has decent winning chances.
