He gradually regained ground in the final stages to win. His recent trial performance was satisfactory. As an up-and-coming contender, his form hasn't been outstanding, and the draw is unfavorable; his finishing kick is somewhat lacking. The jockey and trainer do not seem particularly in sync, although he can race up front. With three wins in five starts, he is not the top pick for this race.
