Previously, on May 18th, he led from the start in a Sha Tin turf trial over a thousand meters (running position: 1-1-1). On May 11th, he ran freely in a Sha Tin turf trial over eight hundred meters (running position: 2-2-2). Six months ago, he performed brilliantly over a Sha Tin 1200m on turf, finishing second beaten only half a length. Having completed three barrier trials, he has shown slight improvement. Switching to the dirt surface over 1200m this time, his initial showing in this distance lacked ideal conditions and a favorable draw.
