Four weeks ago, the horse performed reasonably well over 1600m on Sha Tin turf, running strongly in the rear with a consistent pace throughout and gradually closing in at the finish. In his last run over a Happy Valley mile, he will carry two pounds more this time, and the circumstances are not overly favorable. However, given his ability to sustain a strong run from behind, his finishing kick is the sharpest in its field, and his timing is acceptable; it would not be surprising if he underperforms.
