Three weeks ago, this horse performed decently over a Happy Valley 1200m; he was slow to break from the stalls, tracked from off the pace with a consistent running style, and gradually closed in towards the end. In his last run over 1400m on Sha Tin turf, he failed in all three starts due to time differences with the field and a lack of favorable positioning. He tended to run from off the pace, lacking the finishing kick compared to his rivals, and there hasn't been a standout partnership between jockey and trainer. However, given his recent form has been decent and he will carry one pound less this time, he is not considered a top contender for this race.
