On April 24th (dirt trial 1200m: 5-3-8), the horse showed a flat performance on the straight, without any notable progress. On April 8th (dirt trial 1200m: 4-4-4), he gradually moved outwards and finished fourth after an effort. Six weeks ago in a dirt mile race, he jumped slowly and settled towards the rear but maintained a steady pace throughout. Two barrier trials have been completed, however, his preparation remains incomplete. Returning to Sha Tin over a mile this time, he will carry one pound more than last start and has drawn an unfavorable outside barrier. Despite previous three wins at this distance, the times of his rivals are comparable, and he is not considered a strong contender in this race.
