On May 9th, this horse recorded a turf trial over 1700m at Happy Valley (sections: 7-7-8-5), showing good momentum while moving out gradually. On April 25th, in its first trial after relocating to Conghua over 1200m on the turf (sections: 10-10-5), it displayed a positive stride. Three months ago, in a race over this same distance, the performance was poor, tracking the early pace but fading significantly and finishing well behind. Following a short break, two barrier trials were undertaken but failed to meet expectations. Making its debut after transferring stables, the horse has lost 20 pounds in body weight and will carry a 2-pound reduction this time. Facing unfavorable opposition within its group and drawing an outside barrier, the situation appears challenging; however, recent gate work suggests potential improvement.
